Best gps ever

Very good, but after the last update, the GPS tool stays active even after turning off the software

I felt like being stolen! It costs too much and never works. Always asks for a internet connection, and you just cant wait for a internet connection in the middle of a road in eastern europe, for instance. The graphics are not like shown and sometimes it gets crazy and you just cant control it! Bottom line, get away from it!

In Spain and Portugal the app gets lost, not only in the city but on the road.

I bought it so I could use it at my familys trip to Europe in October 2013. In some places like the southwest of Germany the gps would go "no signal", specially close to little villages. That was very annoying because sometimes we had to ride 1 or 2 km to know where to go next. In cities in worked quiet good though. Next time Ill consider buying another companys app gps or renting one at the car rental

Great app! Used it driving around Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium an Luxembourg. Worked great! Cant cut and paste like most apps but if you want a GPS Navigator without buying and carrying around a separate box this is the way to go.

I purchased this app for iPad for my trip to Europe. I used it in the pedestrian mode in Italy, Greece and Spain and for a car when I rented it. I also purchased the two modules, one for 3d and the other for cities info which I didnt find very useful. Hmm Id say the app in the present release is ok, somewhat useful but also somewhat confusing when compared to my Garmin. I wish there was Garmin for ipad available. Issues: the app would freeze and the small walking person would just get stuck. Not very nice when lost or while driving. The map view in the default mode was so clattered with poi that the map was not visible. Also at the beginning it was so confusing in which direction it is trying to navigate you, so the map doesnt rotate well around you. So if you are in a middle of a city and you start it and tell it to take you to some specific place, you have to start walking to see the small guy in the app if he is moving in desired direction or you need to turn around. Driving was somewhat better since you are already on the road going in a specific direction. While driving it would ask me to make u-turn in one of the busiest Madrid streets, every few seconds, for a couple of minutes. Fortunately I saw the area around the central park on the google streets, so I knew that a simple drive around the park would take me to the place. It is a decent app, but the user interface and experience need to be improved. I still think my small car Garmin did a better interface job. As I professionally build software for living, I know there is much more room to improve, but also I know it is costly investment, it doesnt come cheap. The advantage of the iPad gps was better gps then my vehicle navigator, meaning less times losing satellites, which Id contribute to the better hardware in iPad. So, I am hoping to see improved app for my next trip to Europe. In the mean time I will try Navigator for North America and will compare it to this app and Garmin. Cheers.

I bought it for my trip to Europe I used it in Italy Switzerland and Poland It worked great everywhere Very accurate and full of useful features It was working also great when walking through the narrow streets of Venice I liked it so much that I bought Sygic for North America as well and I am happy with it too and use it more often than TomTom The only down side is a long download for the maps or upgrade required to download whole GPS app from the beginning. It would be nicer to have just short update replacing or adding changes. Overall I would buy this app again for this great price

Ive tried to dl this app several times now and half way thru it will stop and say an error has occurred. Ive heard this is a great app from several people, i hope this is temporary

I purchased Sygic Europe GPS navigation. Even though the ad indicated it worked off of GPS and did not require Internet access - it did not work. I notified the developers and there was has been an inadequate response this far. Would like my money back!
